Glow Together brings the beauty industry together — salon owners, freelancers, room renters, suppliers and career-changers — to connect, learn and grow. We're an events and education company built on real, working salon experience, not theory. Glow Together was set up by Adam Steward and Nicole, who also run Glow Tanning & Beauty in Chelmsford, where Nicole leads day to day. Everything we do starts from what actually works on a salon floor, then shares it with the wider industry through events, content and, soon, education.
"We believe the beauty industry does better when it works together rather than in competition, swapping ideas, celebrating wins and supporting each other through the tough bits. That's the whole idea behind Glow Together."
