Everything we teach comes from actually running a salon, not theory. Glow Together coaching and training is built by the same team behind Glow Tanning & Beauty, a real, independent salon in Chelmsford, so every module, call and answer is grounded in what actually works on the salon floor. Nicole, who runs the salon day to day and built its socials from scratch, leads much of the training, with Adam covering strategy and SEO.

Training Modules — £97

Self-paced video training covering the essentials of growing a beauty business: SEO, social media (two modules), and running a beauty business, staffing, finance and the practical stuff nobody teaches you. Each module ends with a short quiz to help it stick. One-off payment, yours to keep.

Modules + Group Coaching — £147

Everything in the Training Modules package, plus three months of fortnightly group coaching calls with other beauty business owners working through the same modules: a space to ask questions, get feedback and keep each other accountable.

Modules + 1:1 Coaching — £347

Everything in the Training Modules package, plus six hours of 1:1 coaching with Adam over 12 months, starting with a free 30-minute discovery call and two 45-minute follow-ups, so you get direct, personal input on your specific business.

Launch offer

For the first two weeks after we open in January 2027, Training Modules is £49 instead of £97. After that it reverts to full price.
